In this 1 hour Online Art Master Class with Sarah Bowden, we will:
- paint our own safety blanket
- play with symbols and shapes to strengthen our feelings of safety
- work with courage and intuition
- feel into the power of colour and composition to guide us
You will need:
Something to draw with, sketchbook, acrylic paints and paint pens.
